All of our treatments are supervised or performed by our on-site Medical Director, C.K. Yeo, MD, a board-certified surgeon with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. Equipped with the most advanced technologies available and guided by the proven Combination Therapy approach, we strive to give you the best experience and results possible.

Policies

Appointment

For your enhanced comfort please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. Cancellations or re-scheduling without 24-hour notice are subject to a fee of 50% of service value, and no shows are charged at full value.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit. At the time of booking, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation; payment will not be processed until checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the medspa; they are not redeemable for cash.

Your Visit

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest. We love children, however, to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.
